Generates a heatmap based on the modeled pw data

This function takes in the modeled pw data, peptides and produces and pheatmap

Usage

krsa_heatmap(data, peptides, samples = NULL, groups = NULL, ...)

Arguments

data

modeled pw data

peptides

peptide list

samples

(optional) sample names

groups

(optional) group names

...

to pass to the pheatmap function

Value

pheatmap object
